Blacksteinn Studios is expanding its team. We are looking for a middle 3D character artist to work on large AAA projects.

Requirements:
- A portfolio. Three or more years experience in game development
- Experience in ZBrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter, Maya, or any other similar modeling programs
- High skills in creating low poly models, smooth UV-mapping, bake, texturing in modern AAA projects
- An artistic approach to work. Sense of shapes, proportions and dimensions. Ability to read concept or reference
- Desire to grow and develop (!). Desire to be a team player (!)
- Proficiency in Russian language
Will be a huge advantage:
- Experience supervising a team
- Experience with UE4 or Unity engines
- Art education and design skills
- English proficiency

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Blacksteinn's corporate pages in VK, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and ArtStation, expanding the community;
- Preparation (writing texts, translation, visualization of publications, video editing, as well as photo/video shooting if necessary) and publication of relevant content taking into account the specifics of the platforms;
- Adding new types of relevant content to the platforms ("live" Stories and Reels in Instagram, Clips in VK, long form videos, gamification, etc.);
- Interaction with other studio staff when preparing content;
- Participation in the development of the content plan for publications, adherence to the content plan;
- Continuous analysis of content and platforms for effectiveness, making necessary changes in the promotional policies to raise and maintain metrics;
- Preparation of monthly reports on the status and prospects of each social network.
Requirements:
- Competent written and verbal speech;
- Understanding of modern social networking systems guidelines;
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere, Google Docs;
- Creative and at the same time analytical mindset;
- Communication skills and initiative;
- Passion for video games;
- Knowledge of English at least at Intermediate (B1) level;
- Fluency in Russian.
Will be a huge advantage:
- Experience in running your own blogs, preferably on gaming topics;
- Understanding of how the 2D and 3D world works in relation to game art development;
- Experience in photo and video shooting
- Own photography equipment.
